How we work
How Our Medicare Agency Works in Chicago, IL
We are an independent medicare agency licensed in illinois, based in Chicago, IL. We work with people who just turned 65, people already on Medicare who want a second read on their plan, and adult kids sorting out a parent's coverage. None of it costs you anything.
A licensed agent picks up when you call. The same agent picks up next January if a bill looks wrong.

Our process
What a Chicago Medicare review looks like
Step one is your doctors. We write down every provider you want to keep, from a primary care office in Jefferson Park to a specialist at Northwestern Memorial, and we check each plan's network before anything else gets discussed.
Step two is your prescriptions. Every drug, every dose, priced at the pharmacy you already use, whether that is a Walgreens on Clark Street or a Jewel-Osco counter in Beverly. We price the full year, not just the monthly premium.
Step three is the shortlist. Two or three plans, side by side, with the trade-offs spelled out. Sometimes the plan you already have wins, and we say so.
Medicare rules come from Washington, but the plans themselves are local. What matters in Cook County is which carriers actually keep strong provider networks here, including hospitals like Northwestern Memorial, Rush and UChicago Medicine, and which one quietly dropped a clinic in the last contract cycle.

What Chicago clients say after working with us
Shown with permission, using each client's first name, last initial and neighborhood.
Turning 65
“I hit 65 in February and the paperwork order made no sense to me. One phone call sorted my dates. My Part B start was locked in and my plan was chosen weeks before my birthday.”
Doctor networks
“Keeping my cardiologist at Rush was the only thing I cared about. They pulled the network lists first and told me straight which plans kept that doctor and which ones did not.”
Prescription costs
“Instead of quoting a premium, they priced all six of my prescriptions against each drug list. My yearly cost fell and I still fill everything at the Walgreens two blocks away.”
